Case of the week:
Healthy Female in her teens presents with partial vision loss and blurry vision in the right eye, which progressed to complete No Light Perception over 2 weeks.
Dx: Tumefactive MS with optic neuritis as shown in the MRI brain below.
Visual fields before and after treatment show near complete recovery.
